Minimum Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Business / Marketing / Advertising or any equivalent degree, preferably with Master's Degree in Business /Management
  • Work Experience: Five (5) years work experience as Marketing Manager / Supervisor/ Head of Service unit/department.
  • Knowledge & Skills: Strong knowledge in Brand Management. Highly Effective in the formulation of Strategy Development & Executions. Strong analytical skills on organizational and industry competition & leadership. Strong Creative thinker on solutions and execution. Strong Communication Skills. Strong competence on use of Data Analytics & Analysis and its applicability on the company goals

Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

  • Develops and implements strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
  • Develops and manages marketing operating budgets.
  • Responsible for achieving periodic marketing targets.
  • Oversees growth and development of campaigns and social media (advertising and promotion activities)
  • Formulate, organize and develop marketing activities by identifying the property trend and new market opportunities.
  • Update knowledge on marketing developments
  • Identifies, qualifies and cultivates new marketing opportunities through multiple mediums.
  • Manages marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, advertising and marketing promotional events.
  • Influences, communicates, motivates and inspires team members to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Control the monthly update of the marketing collators to ensue highest quality standards are met
  • Monitors and follow-ups on specific tasks and project deliverables. Compiles, controls and monitors the budget in accordance with budget allocation/limits.
  • Drafts, reviews and implements subject matter related policies, regulations, procedures and systems of operations.
  • Provides guidelines and guidance to personnel on the application of procedures.
  • Handle the relationship with marketing channel service providers.Participates in the recruitment process for the Marketing department, determining staffing levels for the department.
  • Provides recommendations on training and development, planning of subordinates.
  • Analyses statistical information pertaining to targeted clients’ behaviors, and provide opportunity for the change and market growth.
