Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: bachelor's degree in business / Marketing / Advertising or any equivalent degree, preferably with License as Real Estate Broker
  • Work Experience: At least five (5) years' work experience as Sales Manager / Supervisor/ Head of Sales unit/department
  • Knowledge & Skills: Strong knowledge in Product or Service Management. Highly Effective in the formulation of Strategy Development & Executions. Strong analytical skills on organizational and industry competition & leadership. Highly persuasive, Strong motivator and creative thinker on solutions and execution. Strong Communication Skills. Strong competence on use of Data Analytics & Analysis and its applicability on the company goals.


Duties and Responsibilities:


    • Develops and implements strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
    • Develops and manages sales programs and operating budgets. Responsible for achieving periodic sales targets.
    • Oversees growth and development of strong clientele base.
    • Formulate, organize and develop sales activities by identifying the property trend and penetrate in new market opportunities.
    • Update knowledge on sales developments and attracting highly qualified sales executive and brokers.
    • Identifies, qualifies and cultivates new sales opportunities through multiple mediums.
    • Manages sales activities that include sales launches, sales presentations, analysis of sales trend and forecasting.
    • Influences, communicates, motivates and inspires team members to achieve departmental objectives.
    • Control the monthly update of the sales collators to ensue highest quality standards are met.
    • Monitors and follow-ups on specific tasks and deliverables. Compiles, controls and monitors the budget in accordance with budget allocation/limits.
    • Drafts, reviews and implements subject matter related policies, regulations, procedures and systems of operations.
    • Provides guidelines and guidance to personnel on the application of procedures. Handle the relationship with sales contracted groups.
    • Participates in the recruitment process for the commercial marketing department, determining staffing levels for the department.
    • Provides recommendations on training and development, planning of subordinates.
    • Analyses statistical information pertaining to targeted clients’ behaviors and provide opportunity for the change and market growth.
