Minimum Qualifications
- Licensed Electrical Engineer
- Three (3) Years of experience
- Computer literate: MS Office, and AutoCAD; Licensed Electrical Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- Handle quality assurance and quality control of all ongoing housing construction.
- Auditing of house construction procedures based on the company standards plans specifications and other related matters that are essential to improve/maintain the company standard reducing the cost and time, and safe workplace on a regular basis.
- Ensure that all materials delivered for the project conform to the given specifications required by the designers, engineers, and architects.
- Facilitating all testing and inspections and preparing reports of all results/findings
- Inspect all ongoing house construction and assure that the standards and quality are being met on site.
- Check and inspect the quality of all work of the group as per approved standards and quality. Check conformance to the plan and completeness of the housing project (Architectural, Structural, Plumbing, Electrical, and Land Development)
- Gather all data and compare it to the previous reports. Summarize all reports and propose all possible solutions.
- Check and monitor if work is properly coordinated and done. Sets control for proper work coordination.
- Coordinate and assist Quality Assurance Department Head with the necessary documents to be compiled and reported.
- Responsible for asking for follow-up and discussing with the Operations team regarding the NCR given.
Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
