Minimum Requirements:
Registered Electrical Engineer
With at least five (5) years' experience as Electrical Engineer
Knowledge in residential and subdivision's electrical distribution system design
Proficient with computer software like MS Office and Emails
Knowledge in AutoCAD software
Good verbal and written skills
Have an ability in handling workers
Knowledge of applicable codes related to electronic engineering
Able to problem solve and troubleshoot as the need arises
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Evaluates electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting research programs, applying knowledge of electricity and materials
Performs electrical detailed calculations and converting it into detailed drawings for constructions.
Make sure that all possible problem concerning electrical are controlled, minimized and been solved before it get worsen.
To coordinate with the head and other concerned departments for operation regarding Electrical details and design features of the project. Coordinate with his/her superior for every milestone, accomplishment and problem that needs to be solved.
Responsible in reporting to his/her superior any major problems with possible solutions for resolutions.
Plan and implement research methodology and procedures to apply principles of electrical theory to engineering projects.
Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications for the housing projects and land development requirements, make sure that the plans and specifications are within the standard parameters set forth in the Electrical Code of the Philippines.
Responsible on ensuring that all electrical works area carried out in accordance to the latest approved plans, method statements and company's standards
Prepare bill of materials and specifications for electrical with specific code for the purchase of materials
Conduct frequent site inspection and monitor that the materials to be used are available when needed
Coordinate with the project's electrical provider for the approval of electrical system design of subdivision site and residential building. Confirm approval of project's electrical provider electrical engineers regarding turnovers and application of electrical connection.
Train, motivate and coach subordinates to develop and improve work output
Contributes to team effort be accomplishing related results as needed
