Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in the relevant engineering discipline or similar
- At least One (1) Year of Experience related to Housing and/or Land Development Construction
- Excellent in Auto CAD 2D and Google Sketch Up
- Knowledge on Technical Plans is a must
- Ability on Constructions Estimates
- Highly Organized- Team player
- Works with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the engineering team during planning, design and estimates
- Conversion of technical designs into detailed drawings and bill of materials to be issued for permit, loans and construction purpose.
- Preparation of technical plans of completed houses for permits and client's references.
- Conduct site visits to see changes in construction plans.
- Collects Request for Information / Request for Approval from design engineering as-built plan completion.
- Participate on meetings and coordinate previous problems encountered as necessary.
- Prepares reports instructed by the Head on a Monthly Basis.
- Comply with the company 5S Standards and Safety regulations.
