Minimum Qualifications
- Registered Architect
- Three (3) Years relevant experience in Quality Assurance or related
Job Responsibilities
- Handle quality assurance and quality control of all on-going housing construction.
- Auditing of house construction procedures based on the company standards, plans specifications, and other related matters that is essential to improve/maintain the company standard, reduces the cost and time, and safety workplace on a regular basis.
- Ensure that all materials delivered for the project conform with the given specifications required by the designers, engineers and architects.
- Facilitating of all testing and inspections and prepare reports of all results/findings that will be submitted to the QAS Head.
- Inspect all on-going house construction and assure that the standards and quality are being met on site.
- Check and inspect quality of all work of the group as per approved standards and quality. Check conformance to plan and completeness of the housing project (Architectural, Structural, Plumbing, Electrical, and Land Development)
- Gather all data and compare it to the previous reports. Summarize all reports and proposed all possible solutions.
- Check and monitor if works are properly coordinated and done. Sets control for proper work coordination.
- Coordinate and assist QAS Department Head for the necessary documents to be compiled and reported.
